Notes:
- Select Minutes = 1 / 2 / 3
- Select Day = Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Select Hour = 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, 4:00, 5:00, 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00
- The secondary Confirm button for submitting the minutes shows the # of minutes to be submitted and has a warning: "Submitting these minutes can not be undone. Confirm?" YES / Cancel
- Week # starts at 1 on each new Sunday Start Date (from Training Prep screen).
- Week # continues beyond 12 until a new Sunday Start Date is entered.
- Total # Calisthenic Minutes Today resets to "0:00" at 12:01 am every Day.
- Total # Calisthenic Minutes this Week resets to "0:00" at 12:01 am every Sunday.
- Strength Training Adherence % = ( User's Total # of Calisthenic Minutes Logged for the previous week / 84 minutes ) x 100 = XXX%
- Round-off Adherence % to a whole # (No decimal point.)
- Adherence may be greater than 100%.
