Competition Level:

- Referee selects the Participant's new Competition Level for his next CC based on his Rookie CC Score.
- A Rookie Participant remains a Rookie with a Score < 40.0%
- A Rookie Participant may advance to Qualifier with a Score of 40.0% or more
