The Medical Clearance and Informed Consent would BOTH need to be completed each time the Participant registers for a CrossComp. (Use the Clearance & Consent buttons above to view those screens.)

Name of Participant = User's Name in database from App Sign-Up

Date of Birth
  • App calculates User's Age (YY.MM) from DoB and stores both in the database.
  • If Age is < 18.00 AND a Parent/Legal Guardian & Phone # was not entered on the Informed Consent, the App needs to alert the User to fix the problem before the next step (payment). (?)

Gender
  • User selects option and it is stored in the database.

Team Affiliation
  • The Names of all the Teams that are affiliated with the hosting School are listed in a drop-down menu.
  • BUT, only the Teams on that List that the User is a member of appears on the drop-down menu.
  • The Menu includes the option "No Team" at the top of the list (which would also be selected by default).
  • Participants can select a Team (if a Team appears on the List) or leave blank (= No Team).
  • Each Team Manager has access to his Team's "List of Registered Participants"
  • The Campus Coordinator's Event Report lists the Names and total # of the Participants by EACH Team and by "No Team."

This Registration Screen is where the User's Phone #, Date of Birth, and Gender are Entered and stored in the database.
  • If the User has already participated in a CrossComp, the User's Phone # is displayed on the form automatically from the database, but CAN be edited by the User.
  • If the User has already participated in a CrossComp, the User's DoB & Gender are displayed on the form automatically from the database and can NOT be edited by the User.
  • Only a Referee can edit the Participant's Date of Birth and Gender (with User's valid ID - not an App function).
  • Upon Payment of Registration, the Participant's Name & Phone # appears on the Coordinator's "List of Registered Participants" by Team, including "No Team." and on the Team Manger's list of "Registered Members" (if applicable).
