Distance for the Aerobic Test depends on selected Format:
  • Shuttle = 800 m = 0.80 km = 0.50 miles
  • Track = 850 m = 0.85 km = 0.53 miles
  • Treadmill = 0.88 km = 0.55 miles
Tapping the "Jog/Run Done" button captures the "Lap" Time from the Timer and calculates 3 values:

Tapping the "Push-Ups Done" button captures the next "Lap" Time for the Push-Ups from the Timer.
  • Calculates the Arm-Extensor Strength Score = ​( 60 / Time in ​seconds ) x 100 = XXX.X%
Tapping the "Inverted-Rows Done" button captures the next "Lap" Time for the Inverted-Rows from the Timer.
  • Calculates the Arm-Flexor Strength Score = ​(60 / Time in ​seconds ) x 100 = XXX.X%
Tapping the "Inverted-Rows Done" button ALSO Stops the "Total" Timer.
  • Captures the Total Elapsed Time to determine the Participants CrossComp Time: XX:XX​​
The Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) is NOT recorded by the App.
Tapping the "Calculate Total Score" button calculates the Client's Med-Fit Score:
  • 1 = (Aerobic Fitness Score x 2) +
  • 2 = Leg Strength Score +
  • 3 = Core Strength Score +
  • 4 = (Arm-Extensor Strength Score + Arm-Flexor Strength Score / 2)
  • Total the 4 values above and divide by 5  = XXX.X%​​

Therapeutic Level:
  • Therapeutic Levels = A1, A2, A3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9, C10
  • The Tech selects the Client's Therapeutic Level based on the client's Med-Fit Score.
  • The Therapeutic Level corresponds to a specific Exercise Rx (A1-3, B4-9, C10)
  • SEE Rx C10 BELOW.

Tapping the Exercise Rx button confirms the selected Therapeutic Level (Exercise Rx).
Follow-Up = XX weeks​
  • The Tech enters the number of weeks until the Client's next Follow-Up Assessment
  • Typically; 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks for low-fit Clients, but may be up to 24 weeks
  • App calculates the Date of the Client's Follow-Up Assessment and displays it on the Client's Score screen.

Tapping the "Checked-In Clients" button opens the "Checked-In Clients" screen for the Tech to select his next Client.
  • The Date and the Client's Med-Fit Score is added to the Client's Med-Fit History screen.
  • The Client's Name and the Service provided is added to the Clinic's DATED Service Report Screen.
