​"Inserts"
​NO VARIABLES ARE NEEDED TO BE INSERTED ON ANY OF THE Rx Inserts!

​Exercise Rx for Therapeutic Level B4:

Exercise 30 minutes per day, 6 days per week.

Gradually increase your exercise duration to
15 minutes per session,

​Walking for 10 minutes, PLUS
Calisthenics for 5 minutes.

Maintain an average exercise frequency of:
2 sessions per day, 6 days per week.

Gradually increase your walking intensity to:
3.5 mph (0.58 miles in 10 minutes)

Gradually increase the Calisthenic Reps to:
20 Squats,
10 Leg-Raises,
5 Push-Ups,
5 Inverted-Rows
per session.

Gradually advance your movements
from modified to standard.

Be sure to log each exercise session!

​Exercise Rx for Therapeutic Level B5:

Exercise 30 minutes per day, 6 days per week.

Gradually increase your exercise duration to
15 minutes per session,

​Walking for 10 minutes, PLUS
Calisthenics for 5 minutes.

Maintain an average exercise frequency of:
2 sessions per day, 6 days per week.

Gradually increase your walking intensity to:
4.0 mph (0.67 miles in 10 minutes)

Gradually increase the Calisthenic Reps to:
30 Squats,
15 Leg-Raises,
8 Push-Ups,
8 Inverted-Rows
per session.

Be sure to log each exercise session!

​Exercise Rx for Therapeutic Level B6:

Exercise 30 minutes per day, 6 days per week.

Gradually increase your exercise duration to
15 minutes per session,

​Walking/Jogging for 10 minutes, PLUS
Calisthenics for 5 minutes.

Maintain an average exercise frequency of:
2 sessions per day, 6 days per week.

Gradually increase your walk/jog intensity to:
4.5 mph (0.75 miles in 10 minutes)

Gradually increase the Calisthenic Reps to:
40 Squats,
20 Leg-Raises,
12 Push-Ups,
12 Inverted-Rows
per session.

Be sure to log each exercise session!

​Exercise Rx for Therapeutic Level B7:

Exercise 30 minutes per day, 6 days per week.

​Gradually increase your exercise duration to
15 minutes per session,

​Jogging for 10 minutes, PLUS
Calisthenics for 5 minutes.

Maintain an average exercise frequency of:
2 sessions per day, 6 days per week.

Gradually increase your jogging intensity to:
5.0 mph (0.83 miles in 10 minutes)

Gradually increase the Calisthenic Reps to:
50 Squats,
25 Leg-Raises,
16 Push-Ups,
16 Inverted-Rows
per session.

Be sure to log each exercise session!

Exercise 30 minutes per day, 6 days per week.

Gradually increase your exercise duration to
15 minutes per session,

​Jogging for 10 minutes, PLUS
Calisthenics for 5 minutes.

Maintain an average exercise frequency of:
2 sessions per day, 6 days per week.

Gradually increase your jogging intensity to:
5.5 mph (0.92 miles in 10 minutes)

Gradually increase the Calisthenic Reps to:
60 Squats,
30 Leg-Raises,
20 Push-Ups,
20 Inverted-Rows
per session.

Exercise 30 minutes per day, 6 days per week.

Gradually increase your exercise duration to
15 minutes per session,

​Jogging for 10 minutes, PLUS
Calisthenics for 5 minutes.

Maintain an average exercise frequency of:
2 sessions per day, 6 days per week.

Gradually increase your jogging intensity to:
6.0 mph (1.00 mile in 10 minutes)

Gradually increase the Calisthenic Reps to:
90 Squats,
45 Leg-Raises,
25 Push-Ups,
25 Inverted-Rows
per session.
