NO VARIABLES ARE NEEDED TO BE INSERTED ON ANY OF THE Rx Inserts!
Exercise Rx for Therapeutic Level C10:
Exercise 40 minutes per day, 6 days per week.
Gradually increase your exercise duration to
20 minutes per session,
Running for 10 minutes, PLUS
Calisthenics for 10 minutes.
Maintain an average exercise frequency of:
2 sessions per day, 6 days per week.
Gradually increase your running intensity to:
7.5 mph (1.25 miles in 10 minutes)
Gradually increase the Calisthenic Reps to:
120 Squats,
60 Leg-Raises,
30 Push-Ups,
30 Inverted-Rows
per session.
Be sure to log each exercise session!
