To volunteer as a CrossComp Event Coordinator, you must be on the Faculty, Staff, or Board of the School.
- High School, College, or University.
As a CrossComp Event Coordinator for your School, you:
- Recruit other Faculty/Staff/Board or Community Members to serve as local CrossComp Team Managers.
- Recruit students to serve as Referees (especially students interested in Healthcare careers).
- Set the date and time of the event, such as a Sunday afternoon.
- Set the entry fee for the Participants ($10-$25 is the recommended amount).
- Use the free CrossComp App to publicize your Event, register Participants, and process Payments.
- Encourage the students to get their parents, relatives, friends, and neighbors to participate.
- Encourage local Team Managers to promote your Event to their Team Members.

Coordinator Sign-Up
More than 1 person from the Faculty/Staff/Board of the SAME School can serve as Volunteer CrossComp Event Coordinators for that School?
This way different departments or classes could do their own CrossComp fundraisers.
- The school would designate 1 of the Event Coordinators to be the CrossComp CAMPUS Coordinator (probably the Athletic Director or one of the Coaches or Teachers in the Health/PE Department).
- The school would only get 1 Map-Maker.
- All CrossComp EVENT Coordinators would go through the Campus Coordinator.
- Only 1 CrossComp Event would be scheduled at a time.
This way different departments or classes could do their own CrossComp fundraisers.
