Disbursments
The "standard" Fee (at all Competition Levels) for a CrossComp Participant is $15.00.
The "standard" Fee for a CrossComp Non-Participant is $0.00.
The Coordinator of any CrossComp may increase the price of the Fees for any reason (off-set the expense of the Venue).
A Research Team Manager (if Certified as a Medical-Fitness Technician, MFT) can create a Research Team and distribute his Specialty Code to Any-Level Participants for them to join his Research Team. The Research Specialty Code does not change the Participant's Fee and the Participant does not receive any special attention by the MFT or other CrossComp Coaches before.
A Therapeutic Team Manager (if Certified as a Medical-Fitness Technician, MFT) can create a Therapeutic Team and distribute his Specialty Code to Critical & Clinical Level Participants for them to join his Therapeutic Team. The Therapeutic Specialty Code increases the Participant's Fee a pre-set amount and in return the Participant receives special attention by the MFT before, during, and after their CrossComp.
A Training Team Manager (if Certified as a Medical-Fitness Technician, MFT) can create a Training Team and distribute his Specialty Code to Trainee Level Participants for them to join his Training Team. The Training Specialty Code increases the Participant's Fee a pre-set amount and in return the Participant receives special attention by the MFT before, during, and after their CrossComp.
Options to decrease the Participation Fee by a Hosting Organization for a CrossComp.
Option to increase the Participation Fee by a Hosting Organization for a CrossComp.
Additional ways for Organizations to raise money by Hosting a CrossComp:
- $2.00 is retained by OptiHealth CrossComps.
- $2.50 is disbursed to the Coordinator of the CrossComp.
- $10.00 is disbursed to the Coach of the CrossComp.
- $0.50 is disbursed to the Research Manager of the Research Subject (Participant).

- 10% of the additional amount of the Fee is retained by OptiHealth CrossComps.
- 90% of the additional amount of the Fee is disbursed to the Coordinator.
A Research Team Manager (if Certified as a Medical-Fitness Technician, MFT) can create a Research Team and distribute his Specialty Code to Any-Level Participants for them to join his Research Team. The Research Specialty Code does not change the Participant's Fee and the Participant does not receive any special attention by the MFT or other CrossComp Coaches before.
- All the CrossComp service providers earn their regular commissions as described above, which includes $0.50 that is disbursed to the Research Team Manager of the Team to which the Research Subject belongs. This applies for the life of the Research Project no matter where or when he/she does a CrossComp.
- The Research Team manager is responsible for contacting the Research subject at regular intervals to collect follow-up information.
A Therapeutic Team Manager (if Certified as a Medical-Fitness Technician, MFT) can create a Therapeutic Team and distribute his Specialty Code to Critical & Clinical Level Participants for them to join his Therapeutic Team. The Therapeutic Specialty Code increases the Participant's Fee a pre-set amount and in return the Participant receives special attention by the MFT before, during, and after their CrossComp.
- All the CrossComp service providers earn their regular commissions as described above.
- 10% of the amount that the Therapeutic Specialty Code increases the Fee is retained by OptiHealth CrossComps.
- 90% of the amount that the Therapeutic Specialty Code increases the Fee is disbursed to the Therapeutic Team Manager.
A Training Team Manager (if Certified as a Medical-Fitness Technician, MFT) can create a Training Team and distribute his Specialty Code to Trainee Level Participants for them to join his Training Team. The Training Specialty Code increases the Participant's Fee a pre-set amount and in return the Participant receives special attention by the MFT before, during, and after their CrossComp.
- All the CrossComp service providers earn their regular commissions as described above.
- 10% of the amount that the Therapeutic Specialty Code increases the Fee is retained by OptiHealth CrossComps.
- 90% of the amount that the Therapeutic Specialty Code increases the Fee is disbursed to the Therapeutic Team Manager.
Options to decrease the Participation Fee by a Hosting Organization for a CrossComp.
- The Host of a CrossComp through its Coordinator can discount the Participation Fee, such as:
- Participants Register for $0.00 using a Host-Specific Free CrossComp Code, but the host pays $2.00 for each Participant that Registers and uses an a "volunteer" Coordinator and "volunteer" Coaches to conduct the CrossComp.
- Participants Register for $5.00 using a Host-Specific $10 Discount CrossComp Code. The Coordinator earns his commission, but the Host uses "volunteer" Coaches to conduct the CrossComp.
- Participants Register for $10.00 using a Host-Specific $5 Discount CrossComp Code. The Coordinator earns his commission and the Coaches earn half their commission as semi-volunteers to conduct the CrossComp.
- "Volunteer" Coordinators and Coaches are usually CrossComp Affiliates in the hosting organization or are willing to volunteer as an initial marketing event in a new community.
Option to increase the Participation Fee by a Hosting Organization for a CrossComp.
- The Host of an CrossComp through its Coordinator can increase the Participation and Observation Fees for any reason (off-set the expense of the Venue and/or as a Fundraiser for the Organization or a designated Project or Charity).
- Participants Register for $(15.00+Fundraising Amount).
- Observers Register for $(1.00+Fundraising Amount).
- All the CrossComp service providers earn their regular commissions.
- 10% of the Fundraising Amount on the Participantion Fee is retained by OptiHealth CrossComps.
- 90% of the Fundraising Amount on the Participation Fee is paid to the Hosting Organization.
- The $1 plus 10% of the Fundraising Amount on the Observation Fee is retained by OptiHealth CrossComps.
- 90% of the Fundraising Amount minus $1 on the Observation Fee is paid to the Hosting Organization.
Additional ways for Organizations to raise money by Hosting a CrossComp:
- Arrange to sell "pre-approved" health and fitness theme food and activities using cash or Venmo to the organization's account.
- The Hosting Organization retains 100% of the funds collected directly by the food and activity sales.
- Arrange to sell CrossComp logo products using cash or Venmo to the CrossComp Coordinator's account (off-app).
- The Hosting Organization receives 75% of the profit on CrossComp logo product sales.
