For weekly Events:
For non-weekly (single-date) Events:
Tournaments: Don't discard what you developed for Private CC's on V2!
Private Events: Don't discard what you developed for Tournaments on V2!
The "Create Event" button creates the "Event Details" screen that links to the CC School's permanent Map-Marker.
Question: How could the Campus Coordinator delete their CrossComp and make the Map-Marker disappear?
- All the information stays the same except for the DATE.
- The Date would automatically change to the next week's CC at the "Check-In End Time" of the previous CC.
- The Map-Marker would always remain Green - a CC is always scheduled on a weekly cycle.
- If the school wanted to skip a week, like for a holiday, The Event Coordinator would simply edit the Date for the next week.
- The weekly cycle would continue from there.
- If the CC needed to be changed in any other way (day, hours, fee), the Event Coordinator could edit that, which would be the new weekly pattern until changed again.
For non-weekly (single-date) Events:
- Creating a CC would usually only require setting the Date.
- The Day, Check-In Time Range, and $Fee Amount could remain the same, but are editable.
- The Name and the Location items appear on this screen, but are not editable on THIS screen
- A different Name & Location would be creating a new CC with a different Map-Marker.
