For a NEW Clinic:
  • The Tech enters the Name & Location items for the new Clinic and saves his entries.
  • All location items are required, except State/Province for some Countries.
  • Admin can edit the Name & Location items to ensure uniqueness and consistency.
Admin can create PROPOSED sites for Med-Fit Clinics and recruit Technicians to provide Services at those proposed Clinic sites. Proposed Clinic sites are indicated on the MAP by WHITE Markers.

​If a Tech wants to open his Clinic at a proposed site:
  • Admin gives the Tech the Temporary Name of the Clinic at the proposed site. (External to App)
  • The Tech enters the Temporary Name of the proposed Clinic for that site (provided by Admin).
  • ALL the Location items are automatically filled-in with the Location items of that proposed site.
  • The Location items displayed for that Clinic can NOT be edited by the Tech recruited for that Clinic.
  • The Name of the Clinic CAN be edited by the Tech.
  • The "Save Location" button saves the new Name for the Clinic at that proposed site.
  • The recruited Tech sets his own Days & Hours and Fees to open the Clinic (Service Details)
  • The recruited Tech now "owns" the Clinic site and provides the Services at his Clinic.
