The Technician that "owns" a Med-Fit Clinic can list other certified Technicians to provide Services at his Clinic as an Assistant Technician.
To add a Technician as an Assistant Tech:
When the owner Tech adds an Assistant Tech to provide Services at his Clinic:
The Service Report for that Day/Date appears in both the owner Tech's and the Assistant Tech's service Reports (which would include the Assistant Tech's Name).
The owner Tech manually transfers the funds earned by the Assistant Tech (external to app).
To remove an Assistant Technician from the list, the owner Tech taps the RED "X" to the right of the Assistant Tech's Name & Phone#.
When the owner Tech deletes an Assistant Tech's Name & Phone # from his list:
- Assistant Technicians are given access to the "Checked-In Clients" list at the owner's Clinic to help service Clients on that specific Day/Date.
To add a Technician as an Assistant Tech:
- The owner Tech enters the email of the Assistant Tech
- Then, the owner Tech taps the "Add Assistant Tech" button.
- Then, the Assistant Tech's Name & Phone # appear in the List of Assistant Techs for that Clinic.
When the owner Tech adds an Assistant Tech to provide Services at his Clinic:
- The Name of the owner Tech's Clinic appears on the Assistant Tech's "Access" screen.
- The Assistant Tech can then select the Clinic and tap the "Open Access" button to view the owner Tech Clinic's list of "Checked-In Clients" for that SAME day.
The Service Report for that Day/Date appears in both the owner Tech's and the Assistant Tech's service Reports (which would include the Assistant Tech's Name).
The owner Tech manually transfers the funds earned by the Assistant Tech (external to app).
To remove an Assistant Technician from the list, the owner Tech taps the RED "X" to the right of the Assistant Tech's Name & Phone#.
- A pop-up window asks to "Confirm Deletion?" in red letters.
- The owner Tech can then tap the RED "Yes" to delete, or tap the (Black) "Cancel" to cancel the deletion.
When the owner Tech deletes an Assistant Tech's Name & Phone # from his list:
- The Name & Phone # of the owner Tech's Clinic disappears from the Assistant Tech's list of accessible Clinics.
