Assistant Tech Access
Names of Accessible Clinics

When the owner Tech adds an Assistant Tech to provide Services at his Clinic:
The Service Report for that Day/Date appears in both the owner Tech's and the Assistant Tech's Service Reports (which would include the Assistant Tech's Name).
The owner Tech manually transfers the funds earned by the Assistant Tech (external to app).
To remove an Accessible Clinic from the list, the Assistant Tech taps the RED "X" to the right of the owner Tech's Clinic Name & Phone#.
When the Assistant Tech deletes an owner Tech's Clinic from his list:
- The Name of the owner Tech's Clinic appears on the Assistant Tech's "Access" screen.
- The Assistant Tech can then select the Clinic and tap the "Open Access" button to view the owner Tech Clinic's list of "Checked-In Clients" for that SAME day.
The Service Report for that Day/Date appears in both the owner Tech's and the Assistant Tech's Service Reports (which would include the Assistant Tech's Name).
The owner Tech manually transfers the funds earned by the Assistant Tech (external to app).
To remove an Accessible Clinic from the list, the Assistant Tech taps the RED "X" to the right of the owner Tech's Clinic Name & Phone#.
- A pop-up window asks to "Confirm Deletion?" in red letters.
- The Assistant Tech can then tap the RED "Yes" to delete, or tap the (Black) "Cancel" to cancel the deletion.
When the Assistant Tech deletes an owner Tech's Clinic from his list:
- The Assistant Tech's Name & Phone # disappears from the owner Tech's list of Assistant Techs for his Clinic.
- BUT, the Assistant Tech's Name & Phone # remain on the owner Tech's Service Reports for that former Assistant Tech.
