Timer Adjustments for Participant's AGE
- AGE = Timer Age-Adjustment Factor
- 10-11 = 1.5
- 12 = 1.40
- 13 = 1.30
- 14 = 1.20
- 15 = 1.15
- 16-17 = 1.10
- 18-19 = 1.05
- 20-39 = 1.00
- 40-44 = 1.05
- 45-49 = 1.10
- 50-54 = 1.15
- 55-59 = 1.20
- 60-64 = 1.25
- 65-69 = 1.30
- 70-74 = 1.35
- 75-79 = 1.40
- 80-84 = 1.45
- 85+ = 1.50
Example: If the Participant's age is in the 60-64 range, then the Times for each Fitness Component is multiplied by the Timer Age-Adjustment Factor of 1.25.
- 4-minute Aerobic Component = 4.00 x 1.25 = 5.00 = 5:00 minutes
- 3-minute Leg Component = 3.00 x 1.25 = 3.75 = 3:45 minutes
- 2-minute Core Component = 2.00 x 1.25 = 2.50 = 2:30 minutes
- 1-minute Arm-Ext Component = 1.00 x 1.25 = 1.25 = 1:15 minutes
- 1-minute Arm-Flx Component = 1.00 x 1.25 = 1.25 = 1:15 minutes
