Notes:
- The Coach enters the time at which he starts Coaching the Participant: XX:XX am/pm.
- The Format is usually pre-set by the Coordinator who created the CrossComp, so there is no "selection" to be made, but if it is easier, a selection can still be done for consistency in programming this screen.
- Sometimes, 2 or even 3 Formats will be available at the same CrossComp.
- If more than 1 Format is available, the Participant tells his Coach which Format he wants to do.
- The choice of Format does NOT affect the Scoring of the CrossComp, except in the distance units (meters or miles) for the calculations.
- The Shuttle & Track Format use the formulas with distance in meters.
- The Treadmill Format uses the formulas with distance in miles.
- Pre-Participation Screen is mainly for NEW Participants or by the Coach's discretion.
- The Coach may SKIP the Pre-Participation Screen and go directly to the CrossComp Protocols.
